We are pleased to announce the appointment of Joe Marter to further strengthen our project management offering to customers.
Joe joins Blinding Light from Aurora, where he has built a wealth of experience working on television & broadcast events. With additional knowledge gained during his time as Technical Manager at London Light and from significant freelance experience, Joe is a welcome addition to the Blinding Light team.
"I’ve seen Blinding Light go from strength to strength in the recent years," comments Joe. "It’s great to see a company that has made a strong commitment to the corporate and special events sector and is succeeding on every level. Their continued objective to be the first choice for customer service, first choice for quality and first choice for cost has become the industry benchmark and I can’t wait to work with the entire team to deliver on this philosophy.”
Joe joins the established team at Blinding Light including Loz Wilcox, Dom Sheerman, Matt Dunn and Dave Charters as well as in house lighting designers Anthony (Turbo) Hall and Neil Harvey. The expanded team will continue to assist some of the most well-respected independent lighting designers and production managers in the industry to deliver lighting for a range of events including conferences, product launches, premieres, exhibitions and special events.
Patrick Stacey, Managing Director at Blinding Light, adds "In the last 12-18 months the company has seen yet more significant growth, which is testament to the hard and excellent work of the entire team. We needed another experienced pair of hands to provide additional project management support, continuing this momentum and helping us to maintain the standards for meticulous attention to detail that our reputation has been built upon. Joe’s experience in television and broadcast events adds another dimension to our project management team and we are extremely pleased to welcome him to the team.”
