Blinding Light is pleased to announce the addition of Dominic Sheerman to its in-house project management team. Over the last two years, the Blinding Light team has gone from strength to strength and Sheerman now joins over 20 colleagues based at the company's Reading offices and warehouse facility. The addition of Sheerman enhances the line up of industry stalwarts at Blinding Light including Design Director Anthony "Turbo" Hall and Lighting Designer Neil Harvey, who joined the team in January. In his new role Sheerman will work closely with Project Manager, Matt Dunn as well as the company's Operations Director, Nick Holloway and of course Managing Director, Patrick Stacey.

"Blinding Light has the reputation for quality and a clear vision for the future that will enable it to be the first choice for quality, the first choice for customer service and the first choice for cost. I wanted to be a part of that journey."

As part of the growing project management team at Blinding Light, Sheerman will be the main point of contact for a number of the company's lighting designer and production clients. The role will involve close liaison with each client to gain a deep understanding of each project brief and budget whilst helping to develop the designer’s concepts. In addition to this, Sheerman will manage the project throughout working with Blinding Light's warehouse department run by Warehouse Manager, Jamie Payne, to ensure that all the correct equipment for each job leaves for site, having been tested and prepared to the highest possible standards.

Patrick Stacey, MD at Blinding Light commented. "We are delighted that Dom has come on board and are confident that he will make a significant contribution towards our goal to become the first choice for event lighting in the UK."

"I'm looking forward to working with a team of like-minded colleagues with a wealth of knowledge and experience in the event lighting industry, that will enable us to deliver shows of an extremely high standard to all of our clients," concluded Sheerman.
